To register for the conference, fill out the online form and pay to Akademikonferens. Please read the notes below regarding payment, cancellation and refunds. The form will also allow you to book a hotel.

Delegate fees

The conference fees indicated below are in SEK and include proceedings, lunches, opening reception, the conference dinner and taxes. IAPR members will receive a 5% discount. This is a list of the local IAPR Societies you can be a member of (note IEEE members are considered IAPR members). Early bird registration deadline is April 12, 2013.

Payment must be made in advance of the conference.

Delegates from outside Sweden can pay by credit card or bank transfer. Unfortunately we cannot accept payment by bank cheques or euro cheques. All payments must be made in SEK. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice together with your confirmation letter, including bank transfer information such as bank account, IBAN, etc. Confirmation letter and invoice will be sent as PDF attachments by e-mail. We will not accept any bank charge deductions. The conference fee includes VAT; according to Swedish legislation, VAT must be charged to all delegates from outside Sweden.

Swedish delegates can choose to pay either by credit card or by invoice. If you choose to pay by invoice an administrative fee of 100 SEK will be added. You will receive your invoice by regular mail. If you like your invoice to be sent as a PDF attachment by e-mail, please unmark the tick box on the payment page of the registration form. The conference fee includes VAT (MOMS); VAT will be charged according to Swedish legislation.

Please note that we accept the following credit cards: VISA, Master Card and American Express (Our University does not accept VISA Electron or Maestro). The Internet credit card service provider sometimes has trouble with the Safari web browser; they recommend using Firefox on Mac OS X.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Cancellation of registration will be accepted until April 27, 2013, up to which date the total amount will be refunded minus a 500 SEK cancellation fee. We regret that no refunds or reductions of fees will be accepted for cancellations made after April 27, 2013, nor for no-shows for any reason.

Should you be unable to attend, you can send a colleague in your place. Please contact Akademikonferens at as soon as possible. An administration fee of 250 SEK will be charged.
